Return Eligibility
You may return eligible products purchased from Kheflaxxueclix within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In their original, unused condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Free from damage, stains, or alterations
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized decorative items
- Items marked as final sale
- Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Fresh or dried floral arrangements
- Interior decorating consultation services once rendered
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to our address using a trackable shipping method
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- A restocking fee of 15% may apply to certain items
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability. For items like ceramic vases, planters, and storage baskets, we will work with you to find the perfect replacement.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:
